And the winner is.. .Irving "Swifty" Lazar for throwing the best annual Oscar bash in Hollywood. This is the superagent's twenty-sixth nomination for wooing some of the brightest stars from the ghastly tedium of the awards ceremony itself. The little man with the legendary lunettes and a galaxy of guests will be at Spago on Sunset Strip watching the envelope-opening on television. And, when it's all over, he'll have every reason to cry, "You like me! You like me!"
