Not quite Robin Leach's bag (more like Raul Julia's) is the tiny, one-pizza-parlored island of Vieques. Fashion folk like Annie Flanders, Elizabeth Saltzman, and a handful of location-jaded stylists and hairdressers are eschewing the home-away-from-home scene in the Hamptons for off-season weekends on this paradise island seven miles from Puerto Rico.
(Lord of the Flies was filmed there in the early sixties.) First-timers, however, are advised to leave their Isaac Mizrahi chiffon beach wraps at home: the island is, in the euphemistic words of a travel agent, charmingly rustic.
