West Coast nightlife impresarios Brent Bolthouse and Sam Nazarian have partnered with entertainment forces Brett Ratner, Ben Silverman, Scott Stuber, and Patrick Whitesell in their latest venture, Foxtail, a swingy, sexy supper club and lounge, which has just opened its doors. Below, Bolthouse breaks it down ... WHY A SUPPERCLUB? Part of the charm of a supper club is being able to eat and go dancing all under one roof; it's an all-encompassing experience. DESIGN? Art Deco and Art Nouveau influences with inspiration from legendary rock 'n' roll fashion emporium Biba. The palette features hues of emerald green, copper, pink, and silver, with touches of brass throughout, D. J. S? One on each floor, WHAT STHE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FLOORS? On the club's main floorthere are intimate booths and tables for cocktails and dining. Upstairs there's a swanky dance club. TYPE OF CUISINE? European bistro, FAVORITE DISHES? Steak tartare with quail egg, steak frites with fried egg and black truffle, half roast chicken with caramelized fennel, and the chocolate bread pudding is amazing. FAVORITE COCKTAILS?
