Of his first foray into fragrance after 10 years with the French label, designer Nicolas Ghesquiere says, “We’re in the field of pure fantasy. It’s the freedom of idealizing the woman that I want, without giving her a concrete style.” The violet bouquet, accented by pepper and warm woodsy notes, is as uniquely Parisian as Ghesquiere’s muse, Charlotte Gainsbourg.
