PROVENANCE: LOS Angeles, AGE: 23. BLUE SUEDE BOOTIES: AS the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and granddaughter of the King himself, Keough was born into showbiz royalty. Fielding curiosity about her famous family was skill that came early on. "Since I've been young, I get a lot of questions. I think it's really a sweet thing, and I've noticed that a lot of people me stories when I meet them about different Elvis shows they went to." DRESSED FOR SUCCESS: Keough's first forays onto the public stage in her own right were as a model for the likes of Dolce & Gabbana and Dior. "I'm kind of shy and quiet. But I'm only shy in my personal life. If I'm working, somehow I'm not and it goes away." BIG AMBITIONS: "I loved Stanley Kubrick movies when I was a teenager. I didn't originally want to act. I wanted to be director when I was younger, and I made these silly little horror movies. And then I started wanting to act when I was 16 or 17." RUNAWAY SUCCESS: Since her debut, in 2010's The Runaways, Keough's career has taken off. This month, she appears alongside Channing Tatum in Steven Soderbergh's Magic Mike, before joining in the latest installment of the Mad Max franchise next year, THE LIFE OF RILEY: "I think acting is a fun thing because you get to have so many lifetimes in one lifetime, being all these different people."
