This spring, chef Evan Funke, of LA's beloved Mother Wolf and Felix Trattoria, is launching Funke, a new restaurant in Beverly Hills. Here, he shares some inspirations.

The city is "where I found my true self," says Funke, who served as the 2022 VF Oscar party maestro de cuisine—sating guests with lasagna Bolognese— and returns to the role this year. "It's my second home."
