True Detective

WHO'S IN IT Oscar winner Mahershala Ali, Streep scion Mamie Gummer, and the always intriguing Carmen Ejogo. WILL REMIND YOU OF Hopefully, Season One of True Detective and not Season Two of True Detective. WHY NOW Nic Pizzolatto's heavy, brooding anthology series had a rough sophomore outing, but this third installment, taking place in three different time periods in the Ozarlcs, has us intrigued anew.
