If the perfect chairperson for the fund-raising Producers Council for the Brooklyn Academy of Music's Next Wave Festival is a charming, energetic dance aficionado with fabulous social connections, then Anne McNally certainly fits the bill. Married to co-chair and restaurateur Brian McNally (Indochine, Canal Bar), the French-born Anne is a ballet fanatic whose closest friends range from royalty (Prince Michael of Greece) to dancers (Heather Watts) to the artists who frequent her husband's restaurants (Keith Sonnier, Bryan Hunt, and Julian Schnabel, just to start). Of the Next Waves menu, McNally— who's also a board member of ballet's esteemed Prix de Lausanne—says, "l don't always find everything to my liking, but I'm always glad I've gone."
